Acadia St. Landry Hospital has been voted Best Hospital in the 2025 Acadiana’s Choice Awards—its second year in a row receiving the honor (2024 and 2025). The community-driven recognition highlights ASLH’s continued focus on access, quality, and compassionate care for patients across Acadiana.
“Being named Best Hospital for the second year in a row is a testament to our people—clinicians, support staff, and partners—who show up every day to deliver excellent care close to home,” said Michael LeJeune, CEO. “We’re grateful for our community’s trust and will continue investing in services that matter to families in this region.”
Over the past year, Acadia St. Landry Hospital has expanded access points and strengthened core services—including growth at The Point Primary Care for same-day and next-day appointments; added capacity and programming at The Point Pediatric Therapy to better serve children and families; and the addition of a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at our Fleur De Lis Rural Health Clinic to increase local access to behavioral health care.
“This recognition belongs to our neighbors as much as it does to our team,” said Melanie Roge, Director of Growth & Strategy. “Thank you for choosing us. We’ll keep advancing access, safety, and the patient experience—because Small Town, Big Care is more than a motto; it’s how we serve.”
